We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Bronzefield. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals struggling with drug or alcohol addiction.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver daily treatments and interventions to support service users in their recovery journey
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans and programs
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of substance misuse treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a dynamic team
