Job Title: Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Bronzefield. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of daily treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.

About the Role:
  • Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions to service users
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
