About Us:

In this role as a Social Care Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our award-winning Adult Social Care team to provide high-quality services to vulnerable adults. You will be responsible for undertaking direct work with individuals and their carers, and developing a deep understanding of their needs and strengths.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in Math's and English or equivalent qualification, working knowledge of key legislation and guidance related to adult social care, awareness of safeguarding principles, experience working with vulnerable adults, and competent IT skills and ability to learn and use adult social care recording system.
