Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

The Role

As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling proactive calls to review customer accounts, advise on new features, and provide training
  • Post-sales processing, including contract processing and device configuration
  • Handling customer service queries and resolving issues
  • Generating sales opportunities and converting them into appointments
  • Self-generating new leads and following up on quotes
  • Data profiling and updating records
  • Monitoring pipeline and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a B2B outbound sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and adapt to new situations
What We Offer
