Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
