Job Title: Receptionist (Seasonal) Surrey
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at UKME Mission Enterprise Ltd. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and redirect incoming calls in a polite and courteous manner.
- Pass on messages in a timely and efficient way.
- Pass any incoming post to the correct person.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
- Organize courier needs while on shift.
- Order and put away office supplies.
- Receive packages and provide notification to staff of their delivery.
- Receive and distribute incoming faxes and assist with outgoing faxes or copying as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace at all times.
- Carry out word processing, filing, and computer-based administration.
- Perform any other reasonable requests as instructed by Management.
- Be aware of and adhere to all UKME's policies and procedures.
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations as governed by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (and any amendments).
- Ensure a professional approach is undertaken in performing duties when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external providers, with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with restaurant booking.
- Help with party planning and sourcing/buying items for clients when required.
- Organize cars, drivers, and security as requested.
Requirements:
- Experience operating a busy switchboard.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service-related role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
