Career Opportunity: As a Dining Services Manager with Compass UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering services. This includes managing a team to ensure that stock and kitchen needs are met, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and working closely with clients to produce financial reports.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead our team in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services. You will have full financial responsibility and will work closely with the client to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of hospitality staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Work closely with clients to produce weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Have full financial responsibility for the catering services

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in contract catering or defence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and lead an effective team.
