Dining Services Manager

The Dining Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services. This includes managing a team to ensure stock and kitchen needs are met, while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and external partners. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team to deliver exceptional dining services
- Maintain accurate stock levels and kitchen inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
- A competitive salary of £32,424 per annum
- 28 days annual leave (plus 3 additional days after 2 years of service)
- Monday-Friday working hours (occasional weekends may be required)
- Shift pattern: 08:00-16:30
