Arc Legal Group, a leading provider of legal expenses insurance and related services, is seeking an accomplished Executive Business Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for senior executives, prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts and making recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Manage all diary, travel, and hotel bookings on behalf of the directors and coordinate all executive team meetings.
- Prepare and distribute all board meeting packs and take minutes.
- Complete a broad range of administrative tasks to facilitate the CEO/COO/Dep CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization.
- Act as a 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway' role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between senior executives and staff.
- Assist with internal communications and HR duties as required.
