We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities, and contributing to the branch's targets.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted
- Contribute to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Be a technology expert and share your knowledge with customers to help them better manage their banking needs

- Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital banking options
