We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at Portman Dental Care in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will work 24.75 hours per week, including Wednesday 08:00 – 19:00, Thursday & Friday 08:00 – 17:15, and one Saturday a month 09:00 – 12:30.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service skills to deliver a warm and welcoming environment for patients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a medical or dental setting (ideally as a receptionist)
  • A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organized with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and delivering exceptional standards of care

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and take advantage of our competitive salary package of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
