Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Operations Managers to understand recruitment needs and assist in sourcing and filling shifts on Trust sites.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Compliance onboarding team to ensure job offers, contracting, and vetting checks are completed correctly and effectively.
  • Communicate information clearly and respond to any enquiries from stakeholders and candidates.
  • Uphold and promote our corporate culture and reputation as a preferred employer.
  • Manage and develop candidate talent pools and pipeline.
  • Book Consultants and Nurses into Shift in collaboration with Operations Managers.
  • Conduct registration and interviews with suitable candidates over the phone or via MS Teams.
  • Email candidates with questions to determine if they meet the job criteria.
  • Pre-screen and qualify candidates for vacancies.
  • Run targeted recruitment campaigns to identify and attract clinicians in the areas HBSUK needs most.
  • Headhunt candidates via various sources.
  • Use LinkedIn to search for and approach potential candidates for client roles.
  • Sourcing candidates through various platforms, including online job boards, social media, and our in-house CRM system.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates to arrange interviews and conduct full assessments.
  • Search multiple job boards to find candidates that align with the client's job specifications.
  • Search our existing database for candidates suited to the roles and initiate contact to engage them for potential positions.
  • Support all levels of administrative and resourcing activities to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Attract top talent by writing engaging job adverts, screening applications to shortlist candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Proactively source candidates using CV databases, LinkedIn searches, and expanding your professional network to encourage applications.

Requirements

Essential

Education

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification or experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 12 months experience within a Medical recruitment agency environment.
  • Clinical recruitment experience Nursing / Consultants.
  • Experience of managing internal and external candidates, with non-flexible timeframes.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks, while having a natural flair for prioritising an ever-changing schedule.
  • Substantial experience of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience of working on CRMs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
