Role Overview

At Gaia Recruitment LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic RGN to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of customers, taking into account their medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to customers, empowering them to manage their health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the Department of Work and Pensions to ensure seamless communication and decision-making.

Requirements

  • One year's post-registration experience as an RGN or equivalent overseas experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical skills, with a focus on assessment, care planning, and education.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
