We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter with exceptional stakeholder management skills, a collaborative style to come join our team.


You will concentrate on giving our clinical candidates a professional recruiting experience and be able to use your expertise to engage and entice the most talented individuals available. Within our Clinical recruitment department, you will be in charge of overseeing the full recruitment process while handling a number of open positions for our NHS Trust sites.

About Us


HBSUK have developed a market leading Health technology – Virtual Lucy is our expert triage application designed to support patients through their assessment and treatment.


Virtual Lucy combines our extensive clinical network with modern technology to ensure that patients get the best out of their journey to recovery. We design streamline patient- centric pathways that are evidence-based and effective. The patients journey starts with self-referral via our digital triage expert followed by an online appointment booking with the correct specialist from our extensive network of clinicians.



Responsibilities


  • Stakeholder Collaboration Liaising with Operations Managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Assist Operations Managers in sourcing and filling shifts on Trust sites.
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager and Compliance onboarding team to make sure job offers, contracting and vetting checks are completed correctly and effectively.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and respond to any enquiries from Stakeholders and candidates.
  • Uphold and promote our corporate culture, as well as our reputation as a preferred employer.
  • Management and development of candidate talent pools and pipeline.
  • Book Consultants and Nurses into Shift in collaboration with Operations Managers.
  • Conducting registration and interviews with suitable candidates over the phone or via MS Teams.
  • Emailing candidates with questions to determine if they meet the job criteria.
  • Pre-screening and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Resourcing Running targeted recruitment campaigns to identify and attract clinicians in the areas HBSUK needs most.
  • Headhunting candidates via various sources.
  • Using LinkedIn to search for and approach potential candidates for client roles.
  • Sourcing candidates through various platforms, including online job boards, social media, and our in-house CRM system.
  • Sourcing candidates primarily for temporary roles at various NHS sites across the UK.
  • Contacting shortlisted candidates to arrange interviews and conduct full assessments.
  • Searching multiple job boards to find candidates that align with the client’s job specifications.
  • Searching our existing database for candidates suited to the roles and initiating contact to engage them for potential positions.
  • Supporting all levels of administrative and resourcing activities to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Attracting top talent by writing engaging job adverts, screening applications to shortlist candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using CV databases, LinkedIn searches, and expanding your professional network to encourage applications.
  • Engagement Responding to candidate enquiries to assess whether they meet the job requirements.
  • Keeping the database updated with all communications with clinicians or internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating clear and frequent communications with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
  • Building strong relationships with clinicians
  • Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and text messages
  • Keeping Clinicians updating on upcoming shifts and application status with Trusts.
  • Handling inbound enquiries.
  • Onboarding Chasing onboarding documents for clinicians to support our onboarding team.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, problem solve.
  • Reporting & KPIs Assist in improving KPI’s including time to hire, cost to hire
  • Weekly updates on the number of open positions and scheduled interviews.
  • Candidate Database – Talent Pool Management Ensure CRM system is kept up to date.
  • Actively engage with the talent pool by maintaining regular communication with potential candidates, keeping them informed about current and upcoming job opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates through consistent engagement and personalised outreach.
  • Monitor and update the candidate database to ensure accurate information and continued interest in future roles.
  • Create targeted email campaigns and newsletters to keep candidates engaged and informed about relevant roles and company updates.
  • Utilise social media platforms and professional networks to stay connected with potential talent, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent within the pool, ensuring candidates feel valued and connected throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advertising – Marketing Using creative recruitment methods, such as social media platforms, to find candidates.
  • Preparing and posting high-quality job adverts.



Requirements


Essential


Education


  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification or experience.


Experience


  • Minimum of 12 months experience within a Medical recruitment agency environment.
  • Clinical recruitment experience Nursing / Consultants.
  • Experience of managing internal and external candidates, with non-flexible timeframes
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks, while having a natural flair for priorisiting an ever changing schedule.
  • Substantial experience of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience of working on CRMs
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
