IGA Talent Solutions is supporting a long-standing client in their search for a Professional Trustee to join their team in Manchester.

Our client specializes in providing appointable trustees with the right expertise and experience to successfully run pension schemes for some of the UK's largest employers.

The team is made up of former investment professionals, actuaries, lawyers, accountants, pension managers, and corporate financiers who combine to share knowledge and deliver better outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years of experience in a pension and/or investment-related role. You will have strong interpersonal skills and commercial experience, with the ability to develop new relationships and win the trust of sponsors and trustee boards.

As a Professional Trustee, you will work as part of a highly collaborative and friendly team, receiving full support in your development as a trustee. You will initially work with smaller to mid-sized clients, with career progression to full trustee director expected to take three to six years depending on individual circumstances.

The pension industry is experiencing 20% revenue growth over the last 3 years, with a continued rise in trustee appointments. This is a unique opportunity for a talented mid-career individual looking to move into independent professional pension trusteeship.
