About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Trustee to join our client's team in Manchester. As a Professional Trustee, you will play a crucial role in helping Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes in the UK make informed decisions, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver a secure financial future to their members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to pension scheme trustees and sponsors
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in pension governance
  • Developing and implementing effective pension governance strategies
  • Collaborating with other professionals to deliver high-quality pension services

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a pension and/or investment-related role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial experience
  • Ability to develop new relationships and win the trust of sponsors and trustee boards
