Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Resourcing Partnership Ltd. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and gross profit within the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  3. Monitor sales data and market trends to stay up-to-date with customer needs and competitor activities.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely updates of account profiles and management reports.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing partners, highlighting the success and credibility of our company and its products.
  6. Forecast sales and gross profit annually and quarterly, and contribute to the creation of sales strategies for the territory.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, salesforce, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Category management and product knowledge.
  • MS Office and time management skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent EQ and relationship management skills.
  • Active listening and communication skills.
