Channel Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Resourcing Partnership Ltd. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and gross profit within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Monitor sales data and market trends to stay up-to-date with customer needs and competitor activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of account profiles and management reports.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing partners, highlighting the success and credibility of our company and its products.
- Forecast sales and gross profit annually and quarterly, and contribute to the creation of sales strategies for the territory.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills and experience in sales management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, salesforce, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Category management and product knowledge.
- MS Office and time management skills.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent EQ and relationship management skills.
- Active listening and communication skills.
