Key Responsibilities- Coordinate telephone triage and take clinical responsibility for patients who require urgent appointments.
- Assist in the production of safeguarding reports and private medical work.
- Provide a specialist Paramedic resource for healthcare professionals and service users, working collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Work autonomously as an accountable Paramedic, delivering a holistic approach to patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, refer, or signpost patients with undifferentiated or undiagnosed conditions relating to minor illness or minor injury.
- Support GPs with home visits, with remuneration provided for travel expenses.
- BSc or Foundation in Paramedic Science is essential.
- Registration with the HCPC as a Paramedic in the UK is mandatory.
- Experience working as a Paramedic in the UK is required.
- Applicants with on-the-road or ambulance service background may apply.

You will also have the chance to get involved in public health proactive care initiatives, including adult vaccinations and long-term condition management clinics.
We are a small group of close-knit surgeries in South East London, committed to delivering exceptional healthcare to our patients. Our multidisciplinary approach brings together GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Mental Health Nurses, and our non-clinical team to provide an efficient and effective service.
We serve our patients across 8 CQC Good rated sites in Lambeth, Southwark, and Lewisham, with each site having its own dedicated multidisciplinary team. As part of our team, you will be covered by our Vitality Private Health Insurance, have the choice of a NOW or NHS pension, and benefit from a comprehensive sick pay scheme after your first year with us.
