We are ArtsHub (UK) Ltd., a UK-based theatre company dedicated to using our platform to drive social change and promote understanding. We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Artistic Director to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Description

The Deputy Artistic Director will be responsible for bringing the artistic vision to life, working closely with the Co-Artistic Directors and Senior Leadership Team. This role involves leading specific projects, developing and managing artist development programmes, and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality artistic projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and project management skills

Salary and Contract

We offer a competitive salary of £43,500 – £46,000 per annum pro rata, a two-year contract with extension confirmed with at least three months' notice, and opportunities for remote working. Our office is located in Good Chance Offices in Shoreditch, with easy access to public transport.
