Our organisation's vision is to empower disabled artists and music creators to succeed in the industry. As a Programme Coordinator for Disabled Artists, you will play a crucial role in making this vision a reality. This role involves coordinating the delivery of our Next Stage initiative, which supports disabled artists and creators in achieving their goals. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing programmes to promote accessibility in the music industry, working closely with the Artist Development Manager to achieve these goals, and providing support to new members of our network.

We believe that everyone has the potential to create and contribute to the music industry, regardless of their abilities. As a Programme Coordinator, you will help us bring this vision to life by developing and managing programmes that promote accessibility and inclusivity. With your expertise, you will help us deliver high-quality support services to our members and collaborate with other organisations to drive positive change in the industry. We estimate this role will be paid £32,000 - £37,000 per year, depending on experience.
