We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Events Planning Executive to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing conference and events room blocks and rooming lists in accordance with hotel strategy and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage conference and events room blocks and rooming lists in accordance with hotel strategy and customer needs
  • Attend pre and post conference client meetings
  • Ensure a successful client event by working together with the Front Office and Event Planning team
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities
  • Complete quality checks in line with company standards
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and local area
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company strategy and standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
