Timber Sales Professional

Falcon Timber, part of Consolidated Timber Holdings (CTH) Ltd, is a leading supplier of sustainable timber products to the construction, merchant, and joinery markets in the UK and Ireland.
This is an exciting time for CTH as we expand our presence in existing markets and explore new opportunities with quality-focused customers seeking innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive higher basket value with existing customers through effective quote conversion and up-selling of industry-leading timber products.
- Manage daily customer enquiries and orders, providing timely responses and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and special offers, sharing relevant information with customers to enhance their experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media, local market intelligence, and other means, contributing to the company's growth and development.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators and budget targets, delivering outstanding results and demonstrating exceptional sales skills.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maximize opportunities.
- A valid full UK driving license is required for site visits as needed.
