Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive higher basket value with existing customers through effective quote conversion and up-selling of industry-leading timber products.
  • Manage daily customer enquiries and orders, providing timely responses and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and special offers, sharing relevant information with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media, local market intelligence, and other means, contributing to the company's growth and development.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators and budget targets, delivering outstanding results and demonstrating exceptional sales skills.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maximize opportunities.
  • A valid full UK driving license is required for site visits as needed.
