Sales Performance Consultant

We are Consultiv Utilities, a rapidly growing company that is expanding its new academy sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in a sales role, preferably in telesales, car sales, or door-to-door sales. They will be responsible for prospecting new customers and managing an existing customer base, nurturing relationships, and presenting products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold call potential customers to identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrate the ability to up-sell and cross-sell other products and services within our catalogue
- Gather market and customer information by acquiring interest and collating data to create sales opportunities
- Secure bills and letters of authority (LOA) from customers
- Effectively handle objections presented by customers to turn them into opportunities
- E nsure all information gathered is accurate and compliant
- Represent the business in a professional manner at all times
- Work as part of a team alongside an experienced Closing Specialist to close leads
- Achieve sales targets and meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Account manage client databases
- Develop and maintain customer pipelines
- Attend training sessions when required
- Adhere to and promote the company values and core mission statement
- Previous experience in telesales in either B2B or B2C
- Energy experience is desirable but not essential
- Confidence in approaching customers on an outbound basis
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Generate business opportunities with confidence
- Good computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working in target-driven environments with ability to succeed
- Punctuality and professionalism
- Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt to change
- An estimated salary range of £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus competitive uncapped commission structure
