Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team in the Intensive Support Service. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities who have complex physical and emotional health needs.

Your key responsibilities will include care coordination and planning, delivery of high-quality care and support in line with individualized plans, collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways, and maintenance of accurate records and reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register, hold GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent, and possess a qualification in assessment, supervision, and teaching in clinical practice.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,530 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata), a trust car lease scheme, and a range of other benefits.

This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, and as such, it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
