Nursing Associate Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team as a Learning Disability Care Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to work with adults with learning disabilities who have complex physical and emotional health needs. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working in close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
Your primary focus will be on providing specialist interventions using trauma-informed care and a recovery-based approach. You must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Salary: £26,530 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata).
In this role, you will also be required to travel independently to various locations within the NYY&S locality on a regular basis. A trust car lease scheme is available to support your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for delivering a quality service, ensuring that individuals are at the center of their care. This involves being professionally and legally accountable, working collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to achieve desired outcomes.
