Group FP&A Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Group FP&A Manager to join a leading PLC listed company based in Maidenhead. As a Group FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Group's financial strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Group Planning and Strategic team
  • Challenge, highlight and investigate areas of opportunity for strategic recommendations
  • Drive the preparation of financial information for external Investor reporting
  • Support the month-end process and reporting, perform variance analysis on performance against Group plan
  • Manage a small team to support growth, learning and development
  • Drive continuous improvement across Group FP&A processes
  • Partner with Group FP&A Reporting and Analytics, Group Financial Control and Divisional Finance
  • Develop strategic partnership with CFO and Director of Group FP&A
  • Lead and manage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process and outputs including annual budgeting, forecasting and planning
  • Own the strategic planning model - Leverage business insights, scenario modelling and analysis to develop financial models and drive commercial decision-making
  • Lead capital allocation/investment process, consolidation, reporting and ROI analysis
