We Are With You is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Lived Experience Support Worker. This role is ideal for someone with lived experience of drug or alcohol use who is looking to support others on their recovery journey.

As a Lived Experience Support Worker, you will be an active and integral part of our teams, bringing ideas and solutions to develop and improve our recovery communities. You will support our clients with their journey either into recovery or maintaining their recovery, using your own experience, knowledge, and learning to show that change is possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing intensive support pre-residential rehabilitation, support throughout the placement, and intensive support in aftercare
  • Working with clients to achieve their individual goals and ambitions
  • Building knowledge and experience across all projects within our services

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until March 2025. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients and staff, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
