Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Beeswing service. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for service users.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using computers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.
- Good organisational skills.
