Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. The role involves selling new homes, achieving sales targets, and providing a 5* customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Selling new homes and achieving sales targets
  • Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying leads
  • Price negotiation and liaising with interested parties
  • Customer follow-up and administration
  • Market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience within new homes sales or property sales
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, determined, and efficient
