Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an award-winning housebuilder to find a highly experienced Project Director to lead a large new build residential project in East London, comprising circa 100 units.

The housebuilder is committed to delivering high-quality homes and offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £92,500 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Role:

  • Lead a project team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven track record working for a reputable housebuilder as a Project Director
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience with RC frame construction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
  • Able to commute to East London on a daily basis
