Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Forrest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO and wider Directors. This is a busy role requiring exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating meetings and board meetings on site
* Preparing agendas, collating data and distributing board papers
* Taking minutes, producing copies/action notes and ensuring these are distributed and followed up
* Diary management on Outlook and typing duties
* Working alongside the Company Secretary to assist with Governance - updating policy schedules and regulatory documents
* Maintaining HR and Personnel records
* Reviewing training programs, organising team training and corporate away days
* Handling calls and emails liaising with Directors, Partners and key Stakeholders
* Supporting the senior management team with HR and Health and Safety issues
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday (8:45am-5:00pm)
* Friday (9:00am-4:00pm)
