Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize rotas to ensure all calls are covered and attended
  • Regularly update our online system to reflect changes in client care
  • Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Previous scheduling experience in a care setting
  • Knowledge and understanding of domiciliary care principles
  • NVQ / QCF level 2 Health and Social Care qualification as a minimum
  • Clear communication skills and a valid driving license
