Care Coordinator Opportunity
Coburg Banks Technical Careers is seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team in Folkestone. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling care hours and ensuring that our support staff are properly matched with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize rotas to ensure all calls are covered and attended
- Regularly update our online system to reflect changes in client care
- Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Previous scheduling experience in a care setting
- Knowledge and understanding of domiciliary care principles
- NVQ / QCF level 2 Health and Social Care qualification as a minimum
- Clear communication skills and a valid driving license
