Job Overview

A highly skilled National Account Manager is required to join the Empower Digital Limited team. This role involves managing relationships with key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer bases.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling into similar routes to market and customers, as well as a strong understanding of the industry and its trends. They will be proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and advance their career. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a company car allowance, contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and ongoing training provided to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

The National Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the Group Supplier relationship and contract with Tier 1 contractor
- Developing customer account plans that identify relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives, and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success
- Selling the company's complete product and service offering
- Leading all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to support in solution development, bid and proposal delivery
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
