Beverages Account Director – Point of Sale

At Taylor Higson, we are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team and lead the strategic development of a portfolio of clients in the alcoholic and soft drinks industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and delivery of agreed financial targets
  • Develop and execute client account plans to drive revenue and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior personnel
  • Identify and share best practices amongst the sales and account management team
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver great client service
  • Provide timely, insightful, and accurate reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the drinks industry on the client, agency, or supplier side
  • Knowledge of POS, branding, and events
  • In-depth understanding of legislations and corporate social responsibilities surrounding the drinks industry
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Commercially astute with a focus on driving revenue and profit
  • Sound technical understanding of POS, print, and branding services
