About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, implementation, test, and deployment.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product, development, and UX.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD), containerization, deployment technologies, and cloud platforms (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, ideally with some experience in agile ways of working.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects with complex challenges within a unique space. Our UK Defence business is a Sovereign software and systems centre of excellence, developing and supporting multi-domain command and control systems critical to the Royal Navy.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
