About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team at Spider. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate quotes for customers using our pricing format and information.
  • Canvass for new business opportunities and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Update our database daily to ensure all quotes are dispatched and documented appropriately.
  • Transfer drawings to the pricing team with all relevant information for pricing, and update customers on expected delivery dates.
  • Manage our social media presence and create engaging content.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the Director.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a good standard of general education and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a flexible approach to work and be proficient in using Social Media, Zoho (or similar CRM software), Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner and an attentive, responsive attitude, are essential. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required due to our office location.
