About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the shortest turnaround time for answering inquiries, resolving customer disputes, and processing quotations and sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the shortest turnaround time for answering inquiries
  • Resolve customer disputes
  • Process quotations and sales orders
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Maintain detailed records of all orders, including order status, tracking information, and any special customer requests
  • Ensure feedback for all quotes not converted to orders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotes, contracts, and invoices
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with industry regulations and company standards
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for sales meetings and customer presentations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and track sales forecasts, sales targets, and performance metrics
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists
  • Track and analyze sales data, including revenue, margins, and market trends, to support decision-making processes
  • Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into sales performance
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as managing calendars, booking appointments, and handling correspondence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred
  • 2- 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace products, terminology, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
