Aerospace Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the shortest turnaround time for answering inquiries, resolving customer disputes, and processing quotations and sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the shortest turnaround time for answering inquiries
- Resolve customer disputes
- Process quotations and sales orders
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Maintain detailed records of all orders, including order status, tracking information, and any special customer requests
- Ensure feedback for all quotes not converted to orders
- Act as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotes, contracts, and invoices
- Ensure that all documentation complies with industry regulations and company standards
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for sales meetings and customer presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and track sales forecasts, sales targets, and performance metrics
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists
- Track and analyze sales data, including revenue, margins, and market trends, to support decision-making processes
- Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into sales performance
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as managing calendars, booking appointments, and handling correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred
- 2- 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of aerospace products, terminology, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
