Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our aerospace customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving any issues promptly.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, addressing their needs and providing product information.
  • Sales and Order Fulfillment
    • Process quotations and sales orders, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain detailed records of all orders, including order status, tracking information, and customer requests.
    • Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, booking appointments, and handling correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of aerospace products, terminology, and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of CRM systems.
