Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers and to achieve sales targets.
  • Travel and Client Visits: Travel to visit clients one to two days per week to strengthen client relationships and expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales, with specific experience in European road freight, Short sea, shipping, or Freight forwarding.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with the capability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Travel and Results: Willingness to travel for client visits and a commitment to delivering results.
