About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and building relationships with clients in the on-trade market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet with clients face-to-face to present our portfolio of products and persuade them to purchase more.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £35,000 in OTE.
  • A comprehensive training program to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • A car allowance of £5,000 per annum.
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.

**Requirements:**

  • No prior sales experience is necessary, but a strong desire to succeed and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on driving new business and achieving sales targets.
