Aerospace Sales Specialist

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to aerospace customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all orders, including order status, tracking information, and customer requests.
- Provide regular feedback to customers on quotes not converted to orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure customer complaints and concerns are handled professionally and escalated to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotes, contracts, and invoices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for sales meetings and customer presentations, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and track sales forecasts, sales targets, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace products, terminology, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
