The Investment Management Team Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our Investment Management Team as an Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of our client's multi-million pound Investment portfolio.

The IMT Officer will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project papers to ensure they meet expected quality standards and capturing learning opportunities for stakeholders.
  • Monitoring process adherence across the fleet, providing insights into performance and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating and attending Project Review Committees and Investment Approval Boards, capturing decisions and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Administering the Investment Management and Sanctioning system, ensuring data and systems are aligned.
  • Collaborating on the review and maintenance of the Project Delivery Process and associated documentation.
  • Supporting the Investment Planning process and providing guidance on the use of the Investment Planning application.
  • Communicating Investment Management updates and initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance and coaching on Investment Management processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong numeric and analytical skills, with experience in packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will also possess excellent networking and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and networks across the business.
