Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Night Residential Security Assistant to join our team at Sodexo. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of residents, processing information, and maintaining records within the community under the direction of managers and relevant staff.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise residents in accordance with policy and practice.
  • Manage the Approved Premises during designated shifts.
  • Demonstrate pro-social modelling skills and reinforce pro-social behavior.
  • Liaise with Key Workers and Manager to share issues concerning residents.
  • Process information and maintain records, including inputting data on the database system.
  • Contribute to work with substance misusers and monitor residents' movements.

Requirements and Benefits

  • Good understanding of Health and Safety practices.
  • Knowledge of anti-discriminatory practices.
  • First Aid training.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize workload.
  • £11.64 per hour.
  • £1 bonus per hour worked x 4 months per year.
  • Availability for overtime.
  • 4 on 4 off 20:00 - 08:00.
  • Car parking.
