We are looking for a highly skilled Utility Network Operations Lead to join our team at Severn Trent Water. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the replacement of 870 miles of old water pipes across the Midlands, improving water quality, reducing leaks, and making our water supply even more reliable for millions of people.

The successful candidate will have experience working within the utility-based industry, with a strong understanding of CDM regulations and a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for overseeing two Network Construction Teams, managing cost forecasting for DMA Mains Renewal Schemes, and ensuring that all work is carried out to required standards.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Utility Network Operations Lead at Severn Trent Water, you will be part of a team that is committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive performance and successfully complete the Main renewal scheme activity as allocated within the regional area.
  • Manage resources to meet regulatory and company targets for Main renewals, ensuring high standards and full compliance.
