Support Staff for Autism Provision

We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Horizon Teachers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with autism and a passion for making a positive impact on their lives.
The role involves:
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils with autism, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver a high-quality educational program.
- Using behavior management techniques to support pupils in achieving their full potential.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
