Classroom Educator for Special Needs Children

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Autism and Speech Language difficulties, as well as managing challenging behavior. Experience working with children or young people is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment in small group settings.
- Build strong relationships with pupils to encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to support personal and academic development of students.
Earn up to £250 per day, depending on experience, teaching KS3 or primary-aged students in a PRU or similar setting. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is required. Strong classroom management skills and adaptability are essential, along with empathy, resilience, and a proactive approach to working with students with additional challenges.
