Special Needs Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Needs Learning Facilitator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Sutton. As a key member of our staff, you will provide personalized support to students with special educational needs, promoting academic success and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers to design and deliver tailored support programs for students with SEN.
- Provide individualized support during lessons, focusing on skill-building and confidence development.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring student goals are met and exceeded.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social-emotional growth and development.
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive learning space.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are preferred but not essential.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
