Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Desk team as a Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our UK-wide client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Continuously develop and improve technical skills and knowledge to provide best-in-class support
- Work closely with the Service Desk team to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
