Customer Service and Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Desk team as a Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our UK-wide client base.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Healthcare solutions company and expand your career in customer service and technical support. You will work in a modern, open-plan office in Chorley, with the option to work from home every Friday. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Continuously improve our customer service and technical support processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong technical skills and a passion for IT and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
