Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to internal and external customers
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure
* Escalate complex issues to second- and third-line support teams as needed
* Collaborate with the infrastructure team to resolve technical issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of core IT systems and promote best practices to the user community
Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Office 365, Windows 10, and Microsoft Azure
* Experience with IT service management tools and processes
* A full clean driving license
